Coworking Spaces in Da Nang in Detail – Which One is Right for You?
Coworking Danang
Coworking Danang offers a particularly diverse work environment. The space is centered around a small green oasis with a bubbling pond, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The garden features bean bags and hammocks for lounging, while an ice bath occassionally provides a refreshing break on hot days.
Coworking Danang: Alle Arbeitsräume führen in den zentralen Garten mit einem Teich.
The space is located in a quieter neighborhood near the beach, but not far from the Western Quarter. Its proximity to resorts also makes it easy to reach less crowded palm-lined beaches!
The building has four different work areas with around 35 hot desks: a room with fresh air and open windows, a focus room where talking is not allowed, and a quieter space where low-volume conversations are permitted. There is also a covered outdoor terrace, equipped with ergonomic seating like all other areas!
Two phone booths are available free of charge, with members signing up for time slots on a board each morning. The main social hubs are the kitchen and the communal garden table.
Coworking Danang has an active community, probably the liveliest among coworking spaces in Da Nang. Every Monday, members organize events together, including shared meals, pickleball, and frisbee on the beach. These activities help members connect and make new friends.
The space is run by Tiffany & Anton, along with their attentive team. In March 2025, Coworking Danang will celebrate its first anniversary.
Monday meeting where members plan the week's events
If you appreciate good coffee, Coworking Danang has another special feature: members can brew unlimited Vietnamese coffee themselves. Many other spaces only provide instant coffee, and real coffee often comes at an extra cost elsewhere. Monthly members also have access to the space at night.
During the high season from February to April, Coworking Danang fills up quickly, so monthly members are given priority. However, day passes and other memberships can still be booked up to 24 hours in advance if available.

Seaview Coworking (Mỹ Khê)
Seaview Coworking opened its first open-plan hot desk area in April 2024 on the ninth floor of the Waikiki Beach Hotel, right next to Mỹ Khê Beach.
Seaview Coworking, best enjoyed in the late afternoon without curtains
Founder Hana followed a classic bootstrapping model, similar to how many early coworking spaces started without significant startup capital. The space has a simple design but is functional, and prices are accordingly low.
There is, in fact, an actual seaview, thanks to the undeveloped land in front of the building. However, during the day, curtains are often drawn to block out the heat.
The space gets busier in the afternoon and remains well-occupied for focused work even on Friday nights. There are around 25 hot desks, plus two phone booths—one of which is located in a second kitchen. Members can also work here 24/7.
Seaview Coworking provides free instant coffee and tea, along with an extended selection of food and drinks through the connected hotel.
Seaview encourages networking through its dedicated WhatsApp group. Hana also organizes events for digital nomads, even those who don’t work at Seaview. The space is doing well, and the founder is considering opening another or expanding the current location.

Hana's Coworking
Hana already put her plans into action in March 2025. Her second location, Hana’s Coworking, doesn’t overlook the ocean but instead opens up to a lush garden.
The additional space is located in the southern and western part of An Thượng and is currently open from 6 AM until the evening. Those comfortable with more music can stay until 10 PM.
The new location is housed in a nightlife bar & restaurant
The soft opening is currently underway, with prices about half as much as at Seaview Coworking. There is no dedicated website yet. The easiest way to find the new location is at the Garden by Bottega5.

Hi4 Workspace & Coffee
Hi 4 Workspace is unique in Da Nang. It combines a coworking space with a café and restaurant, and offering work areas in a traditional Asian setting! There are also no membership fees. Payment is made through purchasing simple but affordable food and drinks.
Hi4 Workspace: upper floor with desks and traditional seating areas with tables
The space can accommodate over 100 people at once, making it the largest hot desk coworking space in Da Nang. It is also open 24/7.
Unlike other spaces, Hi4 focuses less on community and more on providing flexible workspaces in a variety of layouts.
Alongside standard desks, there are semi-private Asian-style booths with low tables and no chairs. Those unaccustomed to sitting on the floor often use their laptop bags as cushions. Taller individuals can adjust the tables for legroom.
Unlike in other coworking spaces, many locals, especially students, always work here. They mainly come in the afternoon after university or on weekends.
Louder conversations are allowed at the hot desks and ground-floor booths. The second floor provides a quieter work environment and features a balcony for short chats. The space is centrally located between the river and the beach, making it easily accessible for digital nomads.

Circo Coworking Da Nang
Circo is located inside a hotel near the eastern riverside in the business district, offering stunning 30th-floor views of the city. The open work area is relatively small, with only around 10 hot desks, and is integrated into the social area near the kitchen and sofas. There is no strong focus on coworking community here.
Circo Da Nang with panoramic views
However, unlike many other spaces, Circo offers a variety of meeting rooms, dedicated desks, and private offices, catering more to traditional business needs. It is also a good option for those looking for an air-conditioned workspace during the hot summer months. The space currently offers a free trial day.
Circo Coworking Da Nang is part of a Vietnamese coworking chain, and this is their first location outside of Ho Chi Minh City. Many Circo spaces are rented out entirely to companies, so a hot desk membership here does not necessarily grant access to all other locations.
