Coworking spaces & the demand for private offices
Coworking spaces are more than just offices. They represent mixed-use spaces that connect people, and in-built in their operations are things which satisfy these aims: events, workshops, Fablabs. All spaces do these things differently, with models changing depending on the needs of coworkers. Even when this need stipulates offices, which professionals can close and lock behind them.

Coworking incubators: an alternative for startups?
To curate or not to curate? To offer open-ended membership or a deadline? On one end of the spectrum are incubators, which curate (only) startups and offer a limited period in usually office-like environments. There are a number of work facilities which combine the principles of two. Many still refer to themselves as coworking spaces or incubators, but there are some which claim to do both: the hybrid coworking incubator.
